Vocational Certificate Programme in Hotel
In 2025, SUIC created the Franco-Thai Hotel & Tourism Prep School by launching a Vocational Certificate Programme in Hotel, in collaboration with Vatel Academy from France. Highlights of this partnership include a bilingual teaching format (Thai and English) along with the study of an additional foreign language. Graduates earn both a Vocational Certificate from Silpakorn University and an international certificate from Vatel Academy.
This dual certification significantly enhances employment opportunities in Thailand, France and many other countries around the world.
World-Class Hospitality Education
Students in this programme will gain knowledge and skills in culinary arts, beverage management, and hotel operations according to the curriculum standards from France. They will receive two certificates from Silpakorn University and Vatel Academy in France. Vatel has been ranked No. 1 in the QS World University Rankings for Hospitality & Leisure Management in France for four consecutive years.
